Sharon came to work at Hands on Massage Therapy after graduating from Mount Royal College Massage Therapy program in 1995. Sharon has seen many changes over the years in staff, clients and management (not to mention a few renovations!!!). Many of her clients have been coming for treatments for over a dozen years. She appreciates their loyalty and their dedication to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Some of Sharon's continuing education includes:

• Introductory Level Reflexology which she integrates into her massage at clients request.
• Lymph Drainage Therapy Level 1 - to help increase lymph flow and boost your immune system, detoxify and regenerate.

The style of massage she prefers is general full body, therapeutic - relaxation blended with deeper work where required. Sharon also does pregnancy massage, children and seniors (everyone deserves a massage!). Sharon continues to enjoy working with the Hands on Massage Therapy team and welcome all changes, clients (old & new!) and challenges.
