Jude has been practicing body work for 15 years. She began training in Usui Reiki and has her Mastery Level. In 2005 Jude graduated from the Mount Royal University Massage School. In her practice she focuses on the physical body using deep tissue techniques like trigger point therapy. She also includes the emotional and spiritual body in her healing treatment, incorporating reiki and cranio-sacral therapy in her massages. Currently, she is studying with a gifted healer and psychic whose work encompasses the body's chakras, energy hotspots in the body and auras.

Jude has an active lifestyle. She has two school-age children and enjoys hiking and camping with them. She has lived in Hawaii, where she learned to surf, so as often as possible she is surfing in Hawaii.

Jude graduated from the University of Calgary in 1992 with a Bachelor of Education. In her spare time she volunteers at the YWCA teaching English as a Second Language.
